It comes from 2.2 hectares on clay soils, and the grapes ripen very early. It's one of the oldest vineyards in the village and tends to give low yields and concentrated wines. All the reds from Vizcaína fermented with 100% full clusters with 40 days of maceration and aged in old 500-liter barrels (from 2014 to 2015) for some 11 months and without racking until the following harvest...
